Welcome to Kuaimian (hereinafter "the Service"). This agreement is made between you and the operator of Kuaimian regarding your use of the Service. Please read and fully understand all of its terms before use, especially those that exclude or limit liability. Once you register, log in or use the Service in any way, you are deemed to have read and agreed to all of its terms.
1. Acceptance and Changes to the Agreement
By using the Service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using it with a guardian's consent, and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
We may revise this agreement from time to time in response to changes in laws and regulations and operational needs. The revised agreement will be published on this page and takes effect upon publication. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the revised agreement.
2. Service Content
Kuaimian is an AI interview assistant built to help you prepare for and pass interviews efficiently. Our capabilities include but are not limited to:
- AI Resume: smart writing and section-by-section optimization of your resume
- AI mock interview: lifelike interview-scenario practice with the AI
- AI interview assist: real-time help in real interviews and coding tests (desktop app)
3. Account Registration and Security
To use all features you must register and log in with a phone number, email or third-party account. You must ensure your registration information is true, accurate and complete, and update it promptly when it changes.
You must keep your account and login credentials safe and are responsible for all activity under your account. If you find unauthorized use or any other security issue, notify us immediately.
4. User Conduct
You agree to comply with laws and regulations while using the Service, and not to use it for any of the following:
- Upload, post or distribute illegal, infringing, false or harmful information
- Infringe others' intellectual property, privacy or other lawful rights and interests
- Use technical means to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Service, or to bypass the billing mechanism
- Use the Service for any activity that may harm the legitimate interests of others or us
5. Payment and Billing
Some features are paid. Billing rules, plan contents and prices are as shown on the purchase page. Usage credits are deducted first; when none remain, charges are metered against your balance.
Except as otherwise required by law or separately promised by us, fees already paid are non-refundable for charges caused by your own actions.
6. About AI-Generated Content
Content such as resume optimization, mock-interview Q&A and real-time assist prompts is generated by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your specific situation.
AI-generated content is for your reference only and does not constitute professional advice or any promise about interview outcomes. You should use your own judgment and are responsible for your final decisions.
7. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property in the Service and its software, interface, copy and trademarks belongs to us or the relevant rights holders; you may not use it without permission.
Intellectual property in the resumes, conversations and other content you enter belongs to you; to provide the service, you authorize us to process such content to the extent necessary.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranty as to its timeliness, security or accuracy.
We are not liable where the service becomes unavailable due to causes beyond our control, such as force majeure, network failures or third-party service outages, but we will make reasonable efforts to help restore it.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. If you violate this agreement or applicable laws, we may suspend or terminate the service to you.
After termination, we will handle your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The formation, performance and interpretation of this agreement are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring an action in the people's court with jurisdiction at the location of our operator.
